Bud's is a country diner with a parking lot full of cars and a dining room full of people. I stopped in to get takeout breakfast after a long night and early morning. Luckily, I was early enough to grab some griddled tenderloin before they ran out. My sausage, peppers and onions omelet came out fast with my coffee and I was set for a late breakfast to fuel my afternoon. Everyone was super nice and I was very glad I stopped by.

The first time I ever went to Bud's was with my wife and son Zach. He lives with severe Autism and is extremely routine oriented. When we got there he wasn't happy and wanted to leave. The waitress Bobbi was amazing and an angel sent from Heaven. She made us feel comfortable and we ordered 2 grilled cheese sandwiches for Zach and placed our order as well. Little man loved the food and their sweet tea. He ate every bite and was happy happy happy when we left. The food and service are the best around and the prices are reasonable. Tina Byrd and her staff are amazing. They are the most generous and loving people on earth. Anyone who has a negative review of these wonderful people and the restaurant are entitled to their opinions, but if you read the reviews you'll see that they are overwhelmingly positive with a 5 star rating. That speaks volumes for such a small little restaurant. They need to be on diners, drive ins and dives as far as I'm concerned.

Remember all the burger joint cafes from back in the good old 70s and 80s that also served more than just awesome burgers and fries. Well this is the place. Just about the only one left around here that feels like home in the 80s. The food is so wonderfully delicious.
